Last night I came home to the same envelope on my door. I thought it was from a utility company, but there was no name so I called the number and got transferred to my usual do nothing account rep that I get at B of A. This woman does nothing! Anyway it was Friday night so naturally I just got voice mail. Only this time she also gives her manager's number, so I wrote that down and called him. Again, I got voicemail, but this guys leaves his manager's number too, so maybe I will try that as my regular rep clearly has no knowledge and positiely no authority. I really hate this company. Countrywide was much better. You can call B of A from any number and as soon as you put in your account number or give that number to a rep (if you were trying to get around their stupid system) you get transferred to the same dumb rep 100% of the time. It never used to be this way. B of A has got to be the worst. I am about 30 days late on a payment and all the statements go to my ex-husband so I don't know what is going on, needless to say this was a crappy way to start the weekend. Had me worried about what this door hanger meant all night, could not even sleep.
