At first i received a phone call from someone asking me to start delivering the Plain Dealer Newspaper. I told them I already have newspaper service and didn't need theirs. Well I thought that was the end of that. But all of a sudden from out of nowhere, I started getting these calls from West Park Direct everyday about 3 to 5 times a day. Sometimes they will call as late as 9pm. Its very irritating and annoying, because when i answer the phone, it just hangs up.
