Received a phone call from "Shawn Miller," (I'm assuming his real name is Habib or Achmed) a man of middle eastern descent, very hard to understand, said he needed me or my attorney to call him back as the call was a time sensitive matter and that if we didn't call him back, he wished me good luck in the matter.. sounds fishy to me.. I don't have any outstanding debt (other than student loans, because I'm in school), I don't own any credit cards and haven't been in trouble, ever.. I'm going to assume that based on the other responses here it is a scam..
I think I'm going to let my room mate's 5 year old daughter answer the phone next time and tell her it's Santa..
