Called me daily since last week. Told them I'd never taken out a loan from the company (Twin Bluff Financial) and could provide bank statements from the time in question, as well as a cease and desist and disgorge order issued by the California Department of Business Oversight to the lender. They keep saying they don't need me to send them anything and they'd update their records/send the claim back to Twin Bluff. Then they call again the next day as if we'd never spoken before. I've reported the number to the Better Business Bureau, but without an address, I'm afraid it's probably pointless.
