We were billed early termination fees when we moved and could not get signal for Vzn and had to go to another provider.We had been told we would not have to pay early termination fee if we could not get a signal. then when we changed over, they billed us and whenever we called about it the ysaid they would call us back after checking with another department and we were never called back. We called them again and got the same thing. Now they call from different numbers five to seven days a week and if yiou answer you hear a recorded message about how much you owe, etc. If you do not answer they either leave the recorded message on your voice mail or leave no message.
