Scammers from Manchester. Do not pick it up!

I just had a text from them claming to be from Halifax about a payment and ask me confirm with a yes or no!

It's a marketing company 'pretending' to be from Virgin Media. I don't know if they're affiliated with Virgin or not but they ant to sell you a mobilr phone on Virgin. Very Frustrating.

Must be a marketing database robot, checking if our numbers are in service. If the number can be dialed, then our phone numbers are valid and can be used for sms spam and cold calling telemarketers.

Saturday 14 May 2016, Time : 12.26 PM I got a miss from this number +448704940264 when i picked up the call has been disconnected automatically.

Enterprise Car Rental asking to do a survey.

I had that text through too- I'm pretty sure it's spam!

We keep receiving calls from this phone number. When I call back it says it is disconnected.

Just had a text from this number claiming to be lloyds, same as everyone else "please confimr yes or no by replying" yadda yadda yadda. Lloyds bank would NEVER contact customers in this manner.

Calls me on a regular basis.

So annoying call every other day .

"I just had the message saying ""Hi there, it's Virgin Media. Would you like the accept the offer we discussed with you yesterday? If so, just txt back YES and we'll get that sorted."" I haven't spoken to Virginia Media at all in the past few weeks.
I call shenanigans here. Not replying."

A man called me to be from Telephone Preference Managment company.

Hung up as soon as I answered.

I have been getting called from that same number constantly I can't answer it as it just hangs up!

I would personally just ignore it, you don't want to get a huge charge on your bill. I really don't trust it!

Keep getting calls - latest one then told me the office was closed.
