Leaves message that I filed income tax higher than I earned and there is an arrest warrant issued and for me to call (253) 750 7425 to get it resolved. I filed in January and got my refund a couple of days before the end of the month. Remember that the IRS never calls.
These scumbags call about loan accounts that have been closed for over 10 and 20 years and from lenders who no longer exist trying to intimidate people into paying them any amount that they think they collect. They never give up and call from hundreds of different phone numbers all across the country.
A complaint against me has been registered in his office and he wanted me to call an 800 number. This is a scam or a pfishing expedition.

I found lots of complaints on 800notes.com. The message I received started out as "filing a law suit against you" and then said to call this number back. It was obvious that this was a pfishing expedition as many users on 800notes said when they were asked for personal information to verify proper delivery of some forms.

This is time the message says its Susan Spencer with the Madison County clerks office (not in Alabama or Florida). Her phone number is a central Florida phone number. The area code for Madison County Alabama is 256 and in Madison County Florida it's 850. This is a scam and when you look this number up on the internet there are complaints everywhere about hokey calls from an assortment of people who are using this number.
