Accidentally dialed 1800-404-6943 instead of 1877-404-6943 when registering my Best Buy Credit Card. I got three phone calls back from a spanish speaker. 1st was a woman, 2nd was a hang up and 3rd was 40 seconds of background noise. I don't think this is spam, just to be careful when dialing a 1-877 number.
