Totally a D bo Call in violation of F.C.C. regs, without regard the No Call List!

Call is from a Airtel Mobile number, out of Uttar Pradesh, India! Phishing for Credit Info, Be Aware!

Call number made from an invalid area code! Obviously a spoofed number!
