I am on the no call list. I have ignored the call MANY times since I didn't know the number. Answered the call this time and pressed "1" to speak to a representative to "Lower my interest rate". Here is how this call went:
The woman was in the middle of the conversation which I could not understand and then she said "do you owe more than $4,000 on a credit account" and I asked her to repeat herself.
She repeated and my response was "I am on the no-call list and do not appreciate these calls"
HER RESPONSE: "MAAM, SHUT UP" and she hung up the phone. This is ridiculous!!!
