Someone called us from this cell phone number from an island off of Cuba claiming to be a manager with the U.S. Postal service saying I won something. It came up on the caller id with the cell # and the initials, JM. It was all suspicious, but I stopped him as soon as I heard the words "certified check." It seems I'm the first to report this call.. Hope it wasn't legit, as I blocked the number.... ; )
