This is a fishing call from an automated dialer in which a computer voice claims to be from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). It then claims that a lawsuit is being filed against you and if you do not call them back on the number they called from (above mentioned number), then they will have a warrant issued your arrest. CRA headquarters are located in Ottawa, not Manitoba so this is clearly a cute scam
Message they send random user reads as follows:
"Urgent Scotiabank update.
We will terminate your account if not verified.
http://scotiabank.com.3wbmoo.com/ " This is clearly an attempt to hijack and steal user information and bank infornation.
Use extreem caution when falling victim to this trap. The rogue number sends you a random text message to click a hyperlink to a bogus e-transfer refund from Bell Mobility. One then clicks ones bank logo and then logs in, site then tricks users into entering all their info including Social Insurance Number to "Restore their bank accounts online access". Dont fall for this, there is no legit refund from Bell and once you plug in your info its stolen and both your identity and bank information are then compromised for good.

This is a very aggressive telemarketing firm that calls daily for some stupid survey. It is illegal to conduct this type of action on cellular phones in canada per the crtc. There is no way to call the company back to be removed from its auto dialer either
