Real Pricks here at this company, RED LINE RECOVERY, calling an old lady who doesn't have a charge card, and never did, they just are calling everyone in the phone book with the same last name, trying to find the person who actually owes the money.

This company should be shut down by the FCC and fined for harassment

This is NO way for a collection agency to collect for its clients, AND, the clients they have, if they don't care this company operates this way, are just as bad as this Red Line Recovery agency, and should also be fined for letting it happen when complaints, from the innocent private numbers being called by them, are filed here or with the FCC.

I recorded their calls. When I called them to complain, the prick who answered there hung up on me, telling ME to grow up, for complaining about it... what real nerve they have.

Their main number seen by my caller ID when they tried calling ME back after calling them, is ... 716-250-4800 ... so if you have the same calls with this call back number, it's THEM.

Why are they still allowed to do this, and not be shut down?

Aren't there laws about how collection agencies can operate, regarding phone calls to innocent private numbers?

Their TOLL FREE number given to call them back, during the first call to me, is ... 1-888-475-9130 ... so if you have the same calls with this call back number, it's THEM.
