Called again! No message, but it is supposed to be blocked. I will be contacting my app service about that!

Didn't answer, since I didn't recognize #. They left message. It was a robocall because the message started before vm recorded, so I didn't get name. They want to help me with my non-exitent credit card issues. I wouldn't let them even if I did have issues! This # is on no-call list! Why I don't know because I have been getting these calls at least 1 or 2 a day for the past month. I block, they change their number.

Didn't recognize area code so did't answer. They let vm. Name wasn't left. Message said they could lower my interest rates. My # is on no-call list. You can bet if they ignore the no call list I will not do business with them.

Did not answer because I fif not know the area code. They left voice mail message. It was unintelligible music or talk, I could not tell, that lasted 19 seconds. Blocked the number.
