Washington Fraternal Order of Police. Want donations. They keep calling with a few different phone numbers.

It's really more of a scam. Only a very small percentage of the funds collected goes to support the police. Most are so-called "operating costs."

It was, in fact, delivered, and I've already dumped the useless phonebook in the recycling bin. I wish I could opt out of receiving phone books.
