I just recieved a call from Arlington Texas tel #817-275-9369. a few mins ago telling me the same thing. The man said I had been selected along with 1700 people to receive a grant of $5000.00. He said i had three chooses on how to receive it. I thought this has to be a scam but was curious to hear what he had to say so i listened. he said he can enter the $5000. into an account of mine , a visa or master card, or he can send it cash. Thats when I told him this is to good to be true and he responded no its not a scam its true and he started explaining all over again repeating what he had said about me being selected for the grant. He gave me Helen Jacksons Tel # and said i should call her right away 1-646-396-8881. I knew this had to be a scam so i looked up Helens tel# on google and came across other peolpe who had also received calls and where in doubt this would be true. . Then I googled the tel# the man had called me from and it appears to be a payphone this is what I found on google read..... ........Texas Pay Phones

When i saw this it confirms that it got a scam!!!! .IF I WAS YOU OR ANYONE WHO GETS THE SAME CALL DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IT HAS TO BE A SCAM. When do u ever see the government sent you CASH by mail!!! Really!! This is what the man said he would do for me since i didnt believe him. SO WITH SAID I THINK THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!

Thats when I told him this is too good to be true and he responded no it’s not a scam its true and he started explaining all over again repeating what he had said about me being selected for the grant. He gave me Helen Jacksons Tel # 1-646-396-8881 and said I should call her right away. I knew this had to be a scam so I looked up Helens tel # on google and came across several posting regarding the same call. In the posting people said “Helen told them to go to a Western Union and call her back when they get there. She said they had to pay a refundable security fee of $190. When it the $190 would be paid the person would receive the $5000 plus the $190 fee back....this person politely told her (Helen) to take the fee from my $5000. AMAZINGLY Helen said she cannot do it that way.”
When I read this I got curious to know more!!!! Who is calling people with such lies??
So Then I googled the tel # the man that had called me and it appears to be a payphone. SO I WAS RIGHT SCAM ALRIGHT!! This is what I found on google read..... ........TEXAS PAYPHONES
