Collection call for verizon. Verizon owes me money because I OVER PAID. I tried to explain that and they said i need to dispute in writing. I said no chance I have a bill that shows they owe me. Then Erica says: "whatever sir...it will show up on your credit" and hung up. I called back and asked for a Supervisor. I was transferred to a voice mail. I left my message with my info and never got a call back. I called Verizon and they said no one here can see your account because of the holiday (President's day) I called back and stated who I was I got: "Hang on please..." I waited 10 minutes on an empty line. I have NEVER missed a payment. I am very upset over this and I can't do anything. Even if I wanted to dispute this, I have no idea where to send it because they hung up without giving me the info. Isn't there something that can be done about this company and their practices. I am outraged to be treated like this...Iike I am some dead beat that doesn't pay his bills. I literally am waiting for 31.99 to be sent to me from Verizon. Can anyone help?
