I sent them a Cease Caling letter 2 weeks ago, sent it Certified. Since then I havent received one phone call from them thankfully. It actually worked.

This "company" and I use that term lightly, will not stop calling me all day trying to tell me I have so much debt and they can help me out. etc.

Very very very rude, nasty people that hang up on you when you are talking or yell at you when you tell them you are on the Do No Call list and are going to file an FCC complaint.

Daisy, do you talk to them or just pick up and hang up? I finally picked up and told them they aren't getting any money because I don't have any to give them. They actually stopped calling. I haven't heard from them in over a week but I know they will start again. Once they do I will send them a CEASE CALLING letter as stated in the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) Section 805 15 USC 1692c

Multiple calls a day to both my house phone and cell phone. They ring in unison. Told them to STOP calling my cell phone and they continue to call it more now.

What can people do to stop these harassment? I can't look for a job or sit down to dinner without both my phones ringing off the hook.

Frequent calls throughout the day.. most of the time it is a hang up. When you finally get someone they are so rude and unhelpful.

This company calls my house and cell phone anywhere between 15 to 20 times a day. Thank god for Call Control Blacklist on my Blackberry. They just do not give up, very rude. When will the harassment stop with telemarketers, creditors and collection agencies in this country? They don't want to work with you but they will annoy you and be rude.
