it comes up as a cell phone number. they didnt leave a message. I called them back. It was a recording from a fake business called United Health Card. I blocked this loser's cell phone number and I also reported him. It wouldnt surprise me if he is an 88 fan.

This caller is a prank caller. It's a recordering in Spanish. And this same douchebag called my husband cellphone. There is no way this scumbag could had my cellphone number or my husband cellphone unless they moron is stalking us. I advise anyone who sees this number do NOT answer it. Block it and Report it. I hope this immature jackass gets alife and leave me and my family alone.

this person called me Sunday morning harassing me on my cell phone. This indian accent man claimed to be a debt collector. This moron is stupid cause a debt collector doesnt harass people using their cell phone number and on Sundays. And yes I am a woman. I looked this number up and it is listed in 3 different states. I blocked this idoit and filed a complaint. Sounds like is jerk is targetting women. Hope someone can do something about this pervet!
