An Attorney Michael Carter called and told me i was being served papers at my house because of a loan i took out,all he said was they were going to first serve them to my attorney then i was told directly to me.

I just got a call from these people telling me that i was being served with papers on an old account i checked all my accounts and they are all paid for,so these people have my social security number and even my address.
