This call was a scam, there was an automated voice message stating "you have 4 serious allegations under your name, respond or we will be forced to call the local cops". LOL, there funny.

I don't think it's Time Warner Cable AKA Spectrum because they didn't leave a message and every time I've dealt with them they've always left a message.
