You can not be arrested in the Unites States for debts you owe PERIOD...EVER!!! Simply ask him what state he is in so you can contact that states district attorney (HE WON'T TELL KEEP ASKING) AND MAKE SURE YOU CALL THE DA AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THESE CALLS!!! WHAT ROGER IS DOING IS A FEDERAL CRIME AND PEOPLE LIKE THIS MUST BE STOPPED!!! MAKES SENSE DOESNT IT...they wont even accept payment arraingments....

thankyou very much,,,he had me so upset that i started to cry & almost had an asthma attack...the only thing he's gonna get from me is a call from either or both a lawyer or the attorney generals office...let's see how they like that
