It is a pharmacy. I made the mistake of ordering some Cialis online 3 years ago and have been harassed for the subsequent 3 years(!), twice a day (!), for my "refills". From what I researched, the "pharmacy" sends your info to a "Call Center Sweat Shop" (usually in India) and you are cooked. Even if Verizon could block numbers (they said they can't) it wouldn't matter as change to a different number every so many months. Funny, I ordered this medication online for privacy and MY privacy is exactly what they took from me! BTW, telling them not to call back is a joke. So since I can't stop the call I've turn it into a game. I'll actually answer now and lead the guy down the whole order process wasting as much of his phone time as I possibly can (question side effects, haggle them about price, etc.) Right before we get to the credit card info I just say "Nah", laugh, and hang up on the schmuck. I'm trying to torture them, waste their phone time money, and hope THEY drop MY number!
