IRS scam foreigner calling folks and telling folks he is from IRS and something is wrong. Mine said I had fraud on my tax return

Dang foreigner just called me claiming there was fraud on my tax return. I knew there wasn't. Put number in search engine, and BAM!!!, it brought me here with everybody else. DAMN FOREIGNERS!!!
