This person has been spoofed by a telemarketer. They are returning a call that was generated by the telemarketers using my number as though it was coming from me. FCC refuses to make it illegal. Call and complain to FCC

Telemarketers Spoofing other people's numbers. All 325 prefix numbers have been spoofed on my end. A guy called me saying I called him. Which I didn't. The FCC refuses to make this illegal. Please call your provider and complain.
