replying to christiduran; I keep receiving this calls and would not answer them. I finally called back because it was getting rediculous and it was a recording that it was a debt collector calling. I was able to get through to a live caller and was asked for all personal, sensitive information (as did the recording) You have no caller ID...1st I have no BOA account, 2nd why have I not received mail correspondance which is a proof of your contact and importance. Now, I think "is someone using my name and infor for fraud" but again I can't get info from BOA because then I have to give them info. Seriously, when BOA # comes up unavailable then why wouldn't I think it's a scam....Will never do business with BOA.

Truth, thankyou, that is a much better answer...but I do not have a BOA mortgage, so why am I getting these calls (also do not have any loan accounts with them)
Well, think about it....after about the 100th time (yes in the last year I'd say that would be a correct #, it's just about every other day) and after speaking with someone and not getting any kind of understanding as to why they are calling...well I do get testy (I do not swear or name call, just very aggravated).
