Asked them who they are calling for because this is a wrong number, just got new cell #. Guy was rude to me and said I need to make arrangements to pay my debt. Asked him again who he is calling for and he hung up. WTF?

Having the same problem with Portfolio Recovery trying to settle a debt I already paid AND they have been calling my parent's house as well. I talked to one guy and he didn't even let me talk! Finally was able to tell them that I don't live with my 80 year old parents and if they call them again I'll get an attorney and fry their a**. Jerks.

I just got a new cell # and they call all the time. Cell company said if I change # I'll probably have the same thing again. They call around 8 am and around noon and then right before 9p.
