Annoying telemarketers robo calls

I can lower your interest rate. I have blocked at least 5 of these numbers and they just simply call from another number. So annoying as they
coming from a local area code which makes you want to answer. Ugh!!!

Supposedly I owe monies for a payday
loan to a company I have never heard of. They were very rude, naming family members wanting me to confirm who they were. Definitely a scam... saying I am being sued and I need to take care of this debt now. Caller broke character when I began to defend myself. Asked for something in writing, they claim they mailed to an address I lived at over 10 years ago along with an email address I haven't used since the early 2000's.

Claims to be IRS collecting debt due to taxes being filed incorrectly. They were very demanding with threats of loss of your drivers license; bank accounts and all personal property. They have a thick foreign accent.

Calla odd hours and says nothing when I answer. 3 times today.
