Called multiple times with similar area code and number prefix (647) 888-xxxx. Scammer trying to get me pick up due to similar number

Googled the number, find out many already reported this as scam/fraud using TD Bank name

Phone number appears to be a local number, but with international long distance "011" prefix. Blocking it now

Phishing for credit card number

First got a call from this number, then a minute later, another call from same number but this time has the international long distance "011" in front.
Both time I did not answer.

I hung up after hearing "congratulations, you've been selected..."
