CallControl blocked a call from this number. I call back from a different number and Shirley answered. I said "I'm sorry; I dialed the wrong number" to which she responded "No you didn't. I have your file right here". I asked "how do you know who it is?" to which she responded "we have caller-id". So I asked, "then what is my name?" She hung up on me after that. Not sure if its a scam or a collection angency

caller says they're from credit services. I have no credit cards and no outstanding debt

caller was attempting to sell me merchant services. little did she know that (1) im not a business, (2) i work in a bank
