Sounds like a young lady speaking, until you realize it's a prerecorded message claiming that you've stayed at one of their resorts recently. If you dial it back, it just rings & rings. Unable to leave a message or get a human on the phone.
They call & say they have a warrant for you & to contact them right away with your attorney's name & number. When I called them back they said "This is Officer Brown from the IRS, how can I help you". For one, the voice sounded Indian, from India. Secondly, the IRS would never contact you this way.

Rings & no one speaks. I hang up, they call back the next day. Same thing.
Says Private Name, yet number shows up. No one ever answers.
Never heard a human voice.
Name Reads "Billing Dept". Answered & no one speaks. Hang up & it dials back. Hang up again & it dials back again. After three times I exclaimed "Please stop calling" & they stopped.
Pre recorded message saying they were scheduled for a site inspection.
Yes, I just hung up knowing it was a merchant marketer.
