TheI have been receiving calls from someone called officer andy turner about a lawsuit that has been filed against me.He claims i took a loan and has not paid so I need to settle the payment over the phone or I will be sued in court.When I asked him about it and what account it was sent to he told me the money was deposited into my netspend checking account and the loan was giving to me by cashnet.I googled cashnet and called them but they said they don't have any record that I took a loan from them.I also called netspend because I don't have an account with them.This man keeps calling when I asked him to stop calling or I will go to the police he started calling me names and left two messages on my phone calling me a bitch that he will kick my ass
