every morning about 6 AM then several times every day, my cell does not have call blocking capability; never answer this

877-689-8870 is not CitiBank with Cosco. I received a message asking me to call them back concerning my account. I will not fall for this.

Called me this morning left answering machine msg to call them at 877-689-8870. Called them and lady wanted my credit card number. I balked and told her I have no idea who she really works for. She said Citi bank, but I ain't buying it. Appears to be scam based on above comments.

This number is the Costco Citibank Card. Normally they will call if you have a payment due or overdue. Just log into your account online to double check you made your payment.

Interestingly enough, I haven't had a Costco account since 2016!

I have received several calls from this number...each day for the last week. I know it to be a scam because I fell for it once and paid my balance. Bad news because I had to change all cards and accounts. They say your account is overdue and your Costco/Card is...blah blah

I have received calls from this number, showing up as "Account Services" on my phone, leaving a voicemail saying it is my Costco Citibank card. Concerning because I AM currently battling fraudulent charges on that card. Ignoring calls, but concerned others in my situation may think they are receiving legitimate calls!

Calls several times a day. Automated payment processing but it's not actually Citibank.

877-689-8870 This number left a voicemail this morning (robo voice), using my first and last name, and claiming to be from citibank, regarding my account. Rather than call back this number, I called citibank directly, using the phone# on back of my card. They had not called me, and there was nothing wrong with my account. This is a scam call, and a creepy one at that!

877-689-8870 They keep calling me saying they are from Citibank and my account is past due. My account is not past due and they won't stop calling me. I called number back today and got an actual person and they tried to get me to give them my card number. Told them to stop calling me and that they are a scam.
