Omg....its soooo true....i just had 10 missed calls and 4 voicemails and they all said the same thing... That he calling from the IRS and he gonna have u arrested..blah blah blah...its a scam people be aware!!!. Richard Bartler and phone number is the same mentioned above....

Officer Richard Bartler from IRS in Texas called and left a message. 'Tis a phone scam. IRS doesn't make phone calls and he also had an accent. Be careful!
Yes and I hung up. Said he was from the IRS.
