I received this call while at work. It was from Iowa. I didn't answer and called from my google number and it stated I won a cruise. The information I found on this was actually easy. On google hangouts it says this number belongs to somebody by the name of Haytham Hijar. Definitely an Indian guy in the profile picture. I wish there was a way to attach a screenshot of it on here.

Just receive a call asking if they could lower my interest rate on a account that I didn't have. When I told them "this is a scam" (because they kept asking me what accounts do I have), they hung up and I was unable to call back, as it was a non-working number.

Called about lowering my credit card rate then started trying to get my credit card information . Was angry when I said I did not believe him . Man with heavy foreign accent . I hung up on him . He called at noon on a Saturday .

Just took a call from this number. Grabbed my cell phone and answered before I looked at the incoming number. Heavy accent. Wanted to know what credit cards I was carrying the highest balance and interest on. They started rattling off the names of some of the largest credit card companies and banks in North America. I asked them why they wanted to know. Told me I shouldn't be paying more than 10% with my six month's on-time payments. I knew it was a scam so I asked them what country they were calling from. They immediately disconnected the call. Tried calling back to only hear an automated voice telling me it was a non-working number. SCAMMERS!!!

Got call from this number and ID was Iowa City, IA. I knew it was scam so I hung on for representative. Finally answered. A man with foreign accent said the name of company. I had to get him to spell it - Card Services. I ask to remove my phone number. He hung up on me!
