This Scammer just wants to engage with your phone number to then ask you to go to a website and cancel the appointment/prescription and then while doing so insert a virus in your phone/computer. WATCH OUT it is a VOIP number so it does not necessarily is in Abilene, Texas, could be anywhere in the world.
