I've received a number if texts, which I ignored. Today, I got a robo call asking me to call them, leaving a number and PIN. The call is for another person, not me as the message stated the name. Not sure HD or Citibank is scamming, or someone used a fake phone number.

Citi bank for hone depot! My husband signed up for a Home Depot points card! A month later we got a bill for 3.16 plus a 2.00 fee!!!! I called to complain and closed the card immediately! He did NOT sign up for a credit card!!!!! Especially with disreputable Citi Bank!! They told us to pay thev3.16 at Home Depot but the store refused to accept the payment!
So I got another bill! I paid the original 3.16 but warning:: Home Depot and citi bank have a thing going so don’t get caught! Our credit limit was quite high!
So us the interest rate!! Home improvement loans at your bank or credit union are way better deal!!

I keep getting calls asking for my 11yr old son and when i say he is 11 they hang up, they keep saying i have been accepted for a loan . ALSO CALLS ARE FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND WHEN YOU CALL THEM BACK THEY ARE NOT IN SERVICE.

I have gotten 25 calls over a total of 5 days about our home depot card, when I looked at the account it shows paid. Every time I try and talk to someone, they can't take my call.

Citibank keeps calling me about a homedepot debt that I do not have. They call 8 times per day every single day between 8AM and 9PM. I have tried taking to a representative and each time "nobody can take your call right now". I am in the process of sending a certified cease and desist letter to them which should force them to send all requests via mail.

On a side note, I'm seriously considering setting up an automated caller and calling them 8 times a day every day, one employee at a time. If they can do this, why can't we?
