Got a message on also from this number. when I called back they told me I was being sued by the IRS. When I told them it was a scam they said that if I did not provide the information the police would arrest me within 24 hours. I told them to go ahead and send the police and hang up.

I wish someone could find these people and remove them from all human communication. I'm sick of getting threatening phone calls.

Indian caller. Asked if I was indian and then proceeded to tell me an audit from 2008 - 2013 found I owed 13k. I played along, asked a ton of questions, like which local government agency has filed suit, etc., and they weren't able to answer. I told him I was already working with the IRS and they actually owed me a refund, he swore at me. Not the first time they've called but they know my name, address and my husbands name. I'm going to play games with these guys like they play with the lives of innocent immigrants and senior citizens. They all deserve to be persecuted - then prosecuted.

Just received a call from this same guy left message on my. Machine to call back. Claimed if I did not settle through him the IRS WOULD TAKE EVERYTHING I OWNED AND PUT ME IN JAIL

I called back. After confirming my number, name and address and being told the call was being recorded for legal purposes because a lawsuit had been filed on me, I told them to take me off their scam list or I was reporting them to the real IRS and local police in Sunnyside WA. At this point the heavily accented woman said, " F*!#$ You, you B^%$ch, C!&t, Wh$#e!" and hung up! LOL pretty sure the real IRS isn't going to do that!!
