Claimed a Tmobile account was terminated. SCAM

Look up says it is a scam .

This was NOT a spam. I was having a problem with a Tmobile line and they called me on another line while I was on hold to diagnose what was going on with the line. Separately, they called back on the same line later in the day to see if everything was resolved.

This is not TMOBILE the name is hacked.l The real T mobile does not call you and ask for your phone number since address and other sensitive information. NOR, does TMobile ask what type of service you have. Tmobile in the almost 6 years I've been with them will ask you to call them at 611 from a TMobile device if they need to talk to you. The only time the call is when they are following up on something . The will ask for the number you want them to call and give you a time.

This number is a hack. If it comes up hang up or block it.

wont return phone call. was billed $ 211.00 on my bank card . Problem is I am not and NEVER have been a customer of them. If it is a legit t moble customer service number why do they not return call ?

Ripped off for $44.34 on my Chase card.

This is a LEGITIMATE Tmobile customer service number. Rants about their service are NOT appropriate here.

TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL:

T-Mobile does not know how to instruct their customers properly about how to do something! You can ask them the simplest instruction on how to use your phone, connect a device, or whatever -- they cannot seem how to tell you and how to do the simplest thing. One so-called customer service person did not even know that she has to tell me to go to the settings menu to connect the device! Some Quality Customer Service!!!!!

They call th themselves "The Tram of Experts," emphasizing Experts, a d this is the quality I ge. Plus, they do not listen to you, and you have to repeat yourself several time! They do NOT listen and treat their customers not with the respect they deserve by listening to their needs, they talk above you, and/or do not listen to what your needs are! How can tis be a caring company for your needs?

They lie to you. They laugh in your face like your concern is NO concern of THEIRS. They ARGUE WITH YOU, and then sware they are NOT doing it! Then, when I told the Representi I was a Pastor, and I kniw when someone is arguing -- immediately, the arguing stopped, like it was bad luck to argue with a Pastor! And they say they are "Your Team Of Experts," and, this is the kind of Customer Service We Are Getting! This is why my Sister, Mary Nilges left T-Mobile, who is with The U.S. Military! I have been receiving tgt his kind of quality of Customer Service FOR YEARS!!!!!!

I just thought Other patrons Should know, before they go with T-Mobile -- Before they Go with T-Mobile -- so they can make up THEIR MIND!!!!
