Calls way too much

Called and asked for my son - told them wrong number and hung up!

Calling me twice a day, with Vonage I am now able to block a number, yeah, blocked them today, buh buh !

They call me 3-5 times a day at all hours. I've gotten calls as early as 4 am and as late as 11 pm.

01/09/17 1:26 pm CST. Got a call from this number (817-665-8325 in Texas). The gentleman. who was very cordial, didn't identify himself or his company, but did say that I was being given free dinner for two (said it was at the Chili's in Galveston, Texas at 500 Seawall Boulevard) and two round trip airlines tickets (to be gotten at the dinner) to anywhere in the continental US on any airlines besides Southwest. Said they were the only airlines that had opted out of this promotion. He asked if I was married, I replied no. He said that was alright, but did I have a plus one that I would want to take with me. I told him I did, but didn't know exactly who at this point. He then wanted my name and when I hesitated, citing fear of identity theft, he commented he wasn't asking for credit cards info or anything like that, so I gave him my name. He wanted to know if this was the best number to contact me at, as someone would be calling me next week to confirm my reservation. When I told him it was, he then wanted my phone number. I told him that I would not give that to him since I knew he already had it on his caller ID. He read back the number from his caller ID with the exception of the last two digits, which he said were missing. When I refused to give him those numbers, he commented that he would just nix the whole thing for me. I said alright and he hung up.

Claimed to be Medicare Research. We are on the Do Not Call list and I was in the middle of putting my 92 year old mother to bed. This is crap and needs to stop!
