I owe no debts (except for my mortgage). I have no credit cards. They call daily, when I actually do answer, they ask for Jeffrey??? Who tf is Jeffrey??? I told them to remove my number and stop calling me!

Caller ID comes up as Midland Credit. Asking for a female name with my last name whom we have never heard of. Other calls asking for same person from different numbers. Have told them we never heard of this person and she doesn't live here. After the third call I started getting nasty. My next move is to go to the local police and DA and file a harassment complaint. We have no connection with this outfit

I love it that my caller ID actually says "SCAM OR FRAUD" along with the phone number. I answered because work phones are transferred when I leave the office. I said "Construction Company" - Man with a "crawled out from under a rock in Saudi Arabia, 99% unintelligible accent" asks: Ewlow, 'm I speak to (persons name) SSN xxx-xx-xxxx?
Me: Excuse me, did you just provide me with someones complete SSN?! This is a construction company. Man: Du yu are (persons name and ssn repeated)? Me: Why are you calling a construction company giving out private information? Take this number off your auto dial list! Man: Ma'am, wut eez dee numberrrrr so I will say take off list? Me: You just called our phone and since you have someones name and SSN you should have the phone number associated with that information on your computer screen in Bum#$%@, Egypt. He didn't disconnect the call, he hung up loudly! LOL

this is a bs scam they called me saying i owe on a capitol one credit card never had one in my life and never would call me again shit heads and ill contact a attorney to sue your asses for harrassment .. not to mention they are dotheads or what you might call indians and cant hardly even speak english!!!!! fuck off sand nigs

They had my SS#, past open credit cards, current credit history, relatives phone number. Everything. They are good. Reallllll good. Almost got away with my Bank account and routing info. Once bitten twice shy. Block (858) 251-1496 now.

The person calling was named Ethan and showed on caller ID as Midland Credit. They keep calling stating it is very important but will not say why they are calling. Have asked them to stop calling but they will not. Do not have a capital one card and never have. Tired of being bothered.

This is a company that works for capital one card services they have been calling me non stop , they say they are in legal letigation to get my assets if I don't pay 3000 grand before Dec 31, 2015 . I call bs , because I don't have a capital one card and never had one
