This is a survey conducted on for AllState insurance. If you had any recent involvement with AllState in a car accident or insurance claim of some sort, this is a survey call on how satisfied you were with Allstate and other party's service.

It is a survey for Allstate, if you have done business with them, or been involved in something where they are serving you in some way, it took me about 5 minutes to answer the questions.

Caller: Company doing a survey for Allstate Insurance Company -- it isn't Allstate but an agency working in their behalf

Received a Call, ignored. Caller left no message. Caller ID listed San Diego, CA as callers location.

Purportedly a market research firm in San Diego accredited by the BBB. Apparently compliance with the Do Not Call registry isn't part of the BBB's requirements.
