This is an email I received from PROACTIV. The order they are referring to was sent after I canceled my subscription to PROACTIV and removed my payment information from my account. PROACTIV shipped the order and sent a bill since they were unable to automatically deduct from my bank account. I returned the order when I received it and called to complain. The company states they never received the returned product and unless I shipped it and paid for a delivery conformation as opposed to the return label PROACTIV provides for "quick and easy no hassle returns" I am responsible for the bill.

Please call 1-866-441-4728 regarding the PROACTIV SOLUTION you received on 04/05/10. This is a toll free number for your convenience as this e-mail domain does not accept response e-mails.

They have called my 6 to 7 times a day and I have No Idea what this is for!!!, They are Harrassing me by telephones , my phone rings twice and they hang up!!, Its uncalled for!!!!

I've had at least 6 calls from this number in the past two weeks. Annette Smith leaves her number demanding me to call her back without saying why or from where she is calling. I answered once to tell her to stop calling and no one was there. I'm guessing its a debt collector for the woman who owned my phone number over 4 yrs ago, they used to call me a lot. But i also see online that it might actually be a complete scam, not just a case of harassing the wrong person.

Multiple robot (Annette Smith) calls to collect someone else's debt. They continued to call after I asked them to stop. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commision and I suggest everyone else do the same (please, legitimate complaints only):
