Scammer wanted to "lower my interest rate"
Pranked him for a few minutes until he realized I was just playing. He was pissed.
Rec'd call this morning. I didn't answer and no message was left. Either company is violating DNC rules or their CID info is being spoofed. I DO NOT have an acc't with LL Bean of any form. CID showed phone # and "LLBean." I rec'd a previous call like this in June. Will therefore block the number.

This actually is my comment. Caller is LL Bean MasterCard.
There is money to be made on these calls, especially if you are on the No Call List. Google 'law suit against robocallers'. I think if you can prove they called you, the time, the date, you can get them for a thousand dollars. Check it out.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act, or “TCPA,” prohibits anyone from calling or texting you using an automated dialing system, unless they had your prior permission. ... TCPA class action lawsuits allow consumers to sue for robocalls, or robotexts, to collect between $500 and $1,500 per call or text.
Caller ID said LL Bean. Call was definite scam to reduce my credit card interest rates to zero.
These Turds, most are from India and a few are from India! Yep they spoff other numbers of banks, credit card companys, etc.. Have been calling up to 10 times a day for over 10 years to my house, and now some to cell. I watched some vidios on Youtube and now I waist their day only if I am not busy! I say I have to go downstairs to get it, give them fake exp. dates, some fake credit card numbers! One time the turd thought that he was going to get my good numbers, but I said my wife was on her way home from the grocery store with my card, and the cammel humper stayed on the phone waiting 8 minutes for her to come home! Stay safe out there folks and dont fall for this SCAM, but I sure like to play with these turds! Rix
