I helped a friend pay off a claim with their office in full, even have emails to prove it. Every year they email saying that the friend owes money on the same acct fully paid for. The email the friend sent to them gets bounced back. Seems like a scam, if someone pays you in full, why are you trying to ask for the same amount over and over..hoping they forgot so you can get more money?

The caller is from a law firm/collection agency called Palmer-Pay (I think that's the name). They are trying to reach the person who had my cell phone number at least 3 years ago. I've explained to them MANY TIMES, that I have no connection to that person, whatsoever! They keep saying they will remove my number as a contact for that person, but the calls continue anyway. Now I have blocked them!
