Call claiming to be IRS threatening lawsuit unless call second number. Used very bad grammar - obvious SPAM.

I got this same call today, why can't we stop this from happening in this day and age. I don't like being threaten to jail, never even had a ticket in my life. Can someone go arrest them please!

Yes recording saying it was the IRS and someone had filed a lawsuit in my name and gave me another number to called, checked here and number not valid, SCAM

I've gotten a call from this number twice today. I hung up and blocked it after the second call.

I didn't recognize the number on caller ID so didn't answer. They said they were IRS and I know IRS doesn't make phone calls. I googled the number and it lead me here. The number was 888-884-9115.
