I have returned their calls 3 times this week and told them i will pay their bill and stop constantly calling. All 3 times they have responded they will stop the calls they never stop. This is blatant harrassment!

I got a call from (888) 901-0293 just now, no reply; so I found this site.

After reading the post I'm putting it down to a war dialer or similar. Back in the BBS days you would put in something like Begin 465-0000 and End #465-9999 into a war dialer; the area code preset. Run it and go to bed.

The War dialer would start calling every number listed and between. If a person answers it hangs up, a fax machine would be noted, and a modem (what you were after) would be listed for you in the morning.

This the same thing here just looking for something specific.

In the past 24 hours i have received 5 phone calls from this number. Charter was sending me text messages but i was able to put a stop to that.

I've gotten calls from this number several times. They listen to my answering message but hang up and do not leave messages. I've got total unlisted and privacy number so do not know how they are getting my number that I have had to change twice already this year.
