Indian sounding guy who claimed to be from some branch of the Federal Govt. Incredibly low microphone quality and terrible enunciation; I would not be able to fall for this scam even if I wanted too, I didn't understand much of what he said.

Supposedly US Federal Government Grants division [SCAM]
Indian sounding guy calling himself Alex Schneider... just give us your bank account number and we will deposit $9600 into your account within 72 hours.

Asian-accented person said I was eligible for a $9000 grant that I didn't have to pay taxes on (!) or pay back.
