Crooks that buy old debt and then try to collect. Researching because I filed bankruptcy 8 years ago and if it is a debt that was discharged, I will be turning it over to lawyer.

Portfolio Recovery has begun to call me daily from a different number each day. Guess it's because my credit score has improved. They, however, are not getting a penny. Luckily, I have an app that blocks spam and creditors. 717-215-2911 was the latest number they called from.

Portfolio Recovery- they buy VERY OLD ( 7 years plus) debts for pennies on the dollar then try to collect on them.

I have absolutely NO bad debt, my credit score is over 800! I blocked the number but I can see that they're still calling me.

This number is for Portfolio Recovery. Debt Collector. I called the number back. All my debts are accounted for at this time, so I don't know why they would be calling me. Just block the number.

I keep getting calls from this phone number plus various other phone numbers this company has and they keep asking for someone who doesn't live here. I told them the 1st time when they called and they said they would remove the phone number from their records. Obviously they didn't as they continue to call on a private, unlisted phone number
