I have been receiving calls from this number, finally I decided to answer, it was a guy with a heavy Indian accent who said that he was calling from Federal Government and my number was elected to receive $3,500, I told him that I will report that number because I don't believe in that, he hung up.

This number called me 4 times in a 4 hour period. Each time being someone on the line, but not speaking, except for the last time, they asked for me by name, and said that they were from the US Bond department. This person had a very heavy East Indian accent. When I said that I do not appreciate them calling me 4 times in a day, and that I have a number on the do not call list while threatening to report them, they hung up... I can not believe that it is coming down to not giving out our phone numbers to anyone that we are buying from (creditors). You can't trust anyone anymore. All creditors (even when they promise not to give out your personal info) will do anything for money. What ever happened to honest people and good customer service?!
